Please note that promotion items will not be allowed exchange, refund or credit.

Our products are carefully examined for defects before delivery. Hence any products reported with severe damages are impossible. In the event you receive products with damage, please kindly contact us within 3 days after having received your purchase.

In the event that your order is out of stock, we do allow you to exchange for another item(s) for the same or higher value by topping up the difference. Exchange for another item of lower value is permissible, but no refund will be given for the difference.

In the case of exchange, there will be NO refund of the initial delivery fees. However the delivery of the exchange product(s) will be free of charge.

(2) Order Confirmation/Handling Process

Upon receiving your orders, HerSeasons will send out a confirmation mail to you within 3 days, verifying the item(s) ordered and total price value. Kindly acknowledge the confirmation mail by replying and making the payment to us within 3 days. Non-response or non-payment will be treated as automatic order cancellation and we will not go on to holding the products for you.

Once you have acknowledged and replied to the Confirmation mail and made payment, there will be NO cancellation of orders.

Your purchases will be posted to you upon receipt of payment.

(3) Terms of Payment & Delivery

All prices of products stated in the site are before addition of postage fees. Please refer to “Postage Fee” section for postage charges of the various product types.

Payment is strictly by bank transfers. DBS, POSB Savings, and UOB accounts are welcomed.

There will be strictly no meet-ups. Your purchases will be sent to you via SingPost, through normal mail or registered mail (please note that for registered mail, delivery may take up to 9 workings days). Registered mail is highly recommended to ensure that your precious purchases do not get lost while in the delivery process.

The colors of our products may differ slightly between what you see at this site and what you get. However, kindly rest assured that yours truly at HerSeasons selects good quality products and attractive coloring and designs.

HerSeasons reserve the right to vary the prices of the products as shown at the website without prior notice.

Delivery period of good may vary depending on stock availability. Be assured that your purchases will reach you within 7 working days if we have it in our stock room. Likewise, kindly allow us 2 weeks to a month’s time to restock should your purchase be out of stock.
